1998 Yummy. And still fresh. I remember driving in a car with a friend and my mom and we laughing hysterically in the back. Just as well we have grown up now and don’t find such things funny at all. And just for the record, the lyrics (and recipe) are; Two tablespoon’s… [Read more…]
1994 This year was not great in my opinion. Ironically, one of the early number 1’s this year was ‘Things can only get better’. Sadly, this is a lie. Things got worse. But the year ended with what is a fairly decent song, in my opinion. Enjoy; 1995 You start a year with ‘Cotton… [Read more…]
1990: The 90s herald a new wave of music. Iron maiden finish the year with Bring your daughter to the slaughter, rounding off what must have seemed a dismal year which began with New Kids on the Block at the top of the charts. There were other highlights. In fact, this is my favourite year… [Read more…]
Im going to pick a song from each year of my life (taken from the list of UK number 1’s). They don’t necessarily fall on my birthday (George Michael would be first on the list if i did it that way, and fair dues to the man, but his music is not my cup of… [Read more…]
Have cut back on the espressos and switched to regular coffee (gic). Its the lesser of two evils, right? I think im in trouble. Oh well. Glug glug glug. P.S. The film ‘The Expendables’ sucks.

My doctorate from Hollywood upstairs medical school allows me to state that my blood is now 15% caffeine. Which is alot. I mean blood typically only has 7% red blood cells.… [Read more…]
Enter meeting on time but as if you had to rush to get there (because you are SOOOOOOO busy) Let your boss do the talking. Tilt head to one side. Agree with what the boss is saying. Create spreadsheet and charts from said spreadsheet. Change the colour….this always impresses…..maybe a hyperlink or… [Read more…]
Way down on coffee. And on energy. Maybe they are linked. All i know is regular coffee is bad. Espressos are good. Good espressos are better….but far away. Meaning it takes too much energy to go get one. The universe is all about balance. THIS is how i wont die from hypertension.
I really am drinking far too much coffee. I tried stopping and lost all my energy. I cant afford to be so tired. Meh. More coffee will probably fix this problem. My caffeine intake will, i think, stay around this level for as long as im doing work. So for the foreseeable future then. Anywho.… [Read more…]
